Cisco channel partners from UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain get hands-on training on Cisco call manager, unity, presence, meeting place express and contact centre express

 


TDME, a part of Aptec Holdings Ltd, one of the region’s largest technology distributors covering Middle East, Pakistan, Turkey & (English-speaking) sub-Saharan Africa, successfully conducted its first 6-day, Cisco Voice Boot Camp for select channel partners in the Gulf countries. The training session was a TDME initiative. Cisco Partners from UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar were selected on the merits and their interest in advance technologies.

Shailendra Sainani, Deputy GM at TDME, said, “In addition to the pre-sales and post-sales initiatives which are in place, it is our objective to provide value add, which would enable the partner to differentiate themselves in the market place. We are confident that the partners would benefit from this training and we would now be able to grow Cisco business and our market share in the region.”

The selected partners were provided a hands-on training on Cisco Unified communications which would enable them to deploy, integrate and trouble shoot the Cisco call manager, Unity, Presence, Meeting place express and Contact centre express. The training was conducted by Cisco’s qualified voice trainer.

Each member attending the boot camp received a course completion certification from CCIE Voice Boot camp and TDME.
