Ronald Rubens
MIDDLE EAST, 7 February 2011 – NEC Unified Solutions has appointed Ronald Rubens as Vice President Portfolio & Applications as per 1st February 2011. The new management position has been established in support of the company’s growth strategy in the EMEA market for IT/Networking and Communications solutions.
As a member of the NEC Unified Solutions management team, Ronald Rubens will support the company’s sales and channel teams with a market leading and competitive IT and Communications portfolio serving both Enterprise markets as well as Service Providers with innovative Unified Communications and Enterprise Cloud solutions.
Ronald Rubens has over 20 years of international experience in the IT & Telecommunications industry with a strong background in managing complex product & application portfolios and driving sales growth in areas such as software based communications, cloud computing, hosted applications, contact centers, CRM and Unified Communications. Ronald Rubens joins NEC from Siemens Enterprise Communications, where he was Managing Director Applications for EMEA. Prior to that, he held several other senior international management positions within Lucent, Avaya and CosmoCom.
