Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 22 December 2010 – NEC Unified Solutions, specialists in communication solutions for small, medium and large enterprises in both the private and public sectors, has announced that it has appointed Mohammed A. Issa Est, a group company of Setra Group, as its business partner to cover Saudi Arabia’s Central and Northern Provinces, while Mansour Al Mosaid, a group Company of MM Group, has been appointed to cover the Southern and Western Provinces in the Kingdom. Both the appointments are to replace the existing agreement with Fakhry Telecom that is now concentrating on non-telecommunications related business.

Issa Est and Mansour Al Mosaid will provide support to NEC’s existing SOPHO iS3000 installed base in the Kingdom as well as introducing and supporting the company’s complete range of solutions including its UNIVERGE® SV8000 Series communication servers. These servers together with the full range of applications for Mobility, Unified Communications and effective Management they support, allow enterprises to create new ways of generating revenue and increasing customer responsiveness while simultaneously improving efficiency and reducing costs. The UNIVERGE® SV8000 series is designed to deliver next-generation, open standards-based solutions that provide businesses the capability of offering advanced applications and the flexibility for growth.

Setra’s Mohammed A. Issa Est. offices are based in Riyadh and Al Khobar while Mansour Al Mosaid offices are in Jeddah.
