End-to-end range of innovative medical solutions on display

NEC Display Solutions Europe will be showcasing its comprehensive range of innovative hospital-wide products and technologies at the Medica 2012 trade fair, in hall 15, booth F24.

Running for more than 40 years, Medica is billed as the World forum for Medicine. This year the international medical trade fair and congress runs from 14 to 17 November in Düsseldorf. Last year’s show boasted over 4,300 exhibitors and this year’s show promises to provide medical sector experts from 115 countries with a platform to meet and exchange experiences, education and see technical and medical innovations first hand.

NEC Display Solutions Europe will exhibit its uniquely extensive hospital wide product range of medical display solutions, including its enhanced next-generation series of medical grade displays for image consistency and best-in-class stable viewing performance, greyscale diagnostic displays, high brightness colour diagnostic displays and large format DICOM preset displays.

Of particular note is the recently unveiled 23” wide view NEC MDview 232 with 2.1 mega pixel colour display for image review or referral, helping trained physicians display and view digital images for reporting in radiography, CT, MRI and other medical imaging modalities.

The MD211G3 enhanced 3MP greyscale display will give visitors a chance to experience first-hand NEC’s next generation MD Series of medical grade displays, designed to meet the demanding rigours of primary diagnostics of medical images.  Similarly, the MD461OR large format LCD display with DICOM imaging designed specifically for hospital operating theatres will demonstrate NEC’s digital imaging expertise for surgical applications. These products will be showcased alongside NEC’s complete and extensive hospital-wide portfolio of medical displays, projectors and solutions for hospital reception areas, reading rooms, training and conference areas and quality assurance.
