[Nasdaq: PLCM], the global leader in telepresence, video and voice communications solutions, has announced that FVC is its first service partner in Europe and the Middle East to be authorised for its immersive telepresence portfolio. FVC has been successfully certified to install and maintain customers’ immersive telepresence implementations across the Middle East region.

The Polycom Service Partner Programme is a service authorisation programme which sets quality standards for partners who provide services and support to customers as they integrate voice, video and data into core networks.
