The agreement awards FVC the distribution rights for the Middle East and North Africa region and expand Apere’s reach in the region’s telco, enterprise and government sector.
Apere’s IMAG (Identity Managed Access Gateway) provides complete
identity and user life cycle management across applications and network
devices in an enterprise. IMAG uniquely enforces policies and role
based access to resources both at applications and network device level,
coupled with extensive reporting.

Apere’s IMAG’s ID based access control bridges the two domains of
application security and network security using features like auto
discovery, workflow delegation and Rapid Connector Appliance. IMAG
builds a policy database with the intelligence of all the users and
their access rights within the enterprise. Any update to IDs result in
automatic updates of access policies in IMAG and in turn secures the
resources. IMAG can also do role based user provisioning with
authorization workflow to the managed applications, provide self
administered password reset service to users, and generate detailed
reports including one click compliance reports at scheduled time.
These dynamic real time policies are applied on the network traffic to
control access to critical resources. APIs are provided to push these
policies to other enforcement devices like NAC and IPS devices.
