Buffalo’s New LinkStation Pro Duo
The new LinkStation Pro (LS-VL) is a replacement for the existing LinkStation Pro (LS-XHL). The new LS-VL has a higher performance processor as compare to its predecessor giving it an improvement in the transfer speed. The LinkStation Pro Duo, however, is a new product and brings faster transfer speeds and higher performance to the dual drive for the home and small business.
The LinkStation Pro and LinkStation Pro Duo are high performance, dependable, shared network storage solutions with fast transfer speeds. With an easy setup and install, they store and share music, photos, and videos at home as well as online. It is also possible to stream music and videos directly to a computer, PS3®, Xbox 360® or network attached DLNA or UPnP media player via a wireless network. The LinkStation Pro has a single drive whereas the LinkStation Pro Duo offers two drives and features RAID redundancy for data protection and user removable quick swap hard drives.
