Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Alcatel-Lucent will reinforce its growing success in the infrastructure sector in the Middle East with a stronger presence at Gitex 2013 (Gulfcomms), scheduled to be held in Dubai World Trade Centre from 20th to 24th October 2013. This year, as part of its “New PC Era” focus (where PC means Personal Cloud), the company will be joined by several eco-system vendor partners to showcase vertical sector solutions.
The first of these partners is New Voice, a worldwide operating system integrator and solution provider in the areas of emergency, security and business process communication, IT and automation. The company will be showcasing its new MobiCall AHL Gateway for hotels that promises a new level of quality of service. Through this gateway, any problem, guest request or emergency is successfully anticipated, ensuring that the safety and comfort of the guests are guaranteed at all times.
