The launch comes as developers increasingly prioritize fitted kitchens and integrated appliance packages to enhance convenience, improve project appeal and deliver more move-in-ready environments for buyers, tenants and hospitality guests.
The new experience centre has been conceived as a B2B-focused showroom where trade partners can explore Thomson Gulf’s range of solutions across approximately 14 product segments and around 200 models across the range. The displayed portfolio includes built-in range of ovens, hobs, hoods, dishwashers, refrigerators and freezers, washing and drying solutions, along with free standing and fit-in range of kitchen and washing solutions. Included in the range is stainless steel as well as quartz kitchen sinks and high-end mixers, reflecting Thomson’s emphasis on end-to-end solutions for fitted kitchens and integrated living spaces.
The fitted kitchen proposition is gaining momentum across both residential and serviced living formats, where developers and operators are increasingly expected to deliver practical, ready-to-use kitchens rather than unfinished spaces. In the GCC, this shift is supported by ongoing growth in the modular kitchen market and by demand for higher-specification interiors that add functionality, efficiency and perceived property value.
Located in Jebel Ali, the new experience centre also aligns with Dubai’s westward development corridor and offers convenient access for real estate developers serving projects in the UAE and across regional markets. The Jebel Ali location not only provides access to emerging development zones around Expo City and Al Maktoum Airport, but also for its strategic relevance as a base for wider GCC, Levant, and Middle East engagement.
