Female Fusion, the UAE’s largest community of female entrepreneurs, has announced the winners of the 2025 Female Fusion Member Awards, recognising outstanding women founders who exemplify collaboration, community, and business growth across its 60,000-strong global network.
The Member Awards are an annual celebration created exclusively for Female Fusion members, with nominations submitted by peers who recognise the value, support, and impact these women contribute to the community.
To avoid any confusion, Female Fusion confirmed that these Member Awards are distinct from the inaugural Female Fusion Awards, which are open to all women entrepreneurs—both members and non-members. Winners will be announced in early 2026.
“These awards are special because they are created by our members, for our members,” said Jen Blandos, Founder and CEO of Female Fusion. “Every nomination tells a story of a woman who shows up, shares openly, and is building a business on her own terms – often while lifting others with her. Our winners represent the very best of what happens when women entrepreneurs are given the tools, the network, and the visibility to grow.”
2025 Female Fusion Member Awards – Winners
Up&Running Community Champion Award – Jelena Dancetovic, Retold: Jelena is recognised for her tireless support of small business owners—particularly those in retail—coaching them on visibility and customer acquisition. She regularly opens Retold as a learning and collaboration space and is known for her honest, practical advice and willingness to mentor fellow Female Fusion members.
Crimson Legal Collaboration of the Year – Andreea Butiu-Nhaca (EmpowerUp Marketing Services) &
Akshata Bhat Gupta (Akshata – Yoga and Wellness): Together, Andreea and Akshata created Magnetic Socials, a pilot workshop fusing human design and spiritual modalities with actionable social media and personal branding strategy. In just one month, they built and marketed the full programme, attracting members and non-members and demonstrating how aligned, complementary expertise can generate new commercial and community opportunities.
Crimson Legal Fusion Spirit Award – Amira Zidan, Holistic Transformation Lifestyle Consultancy: Amira is celebrated for her infectious enthusiasm and unwavering commitment to championing Female Fusion wherever she goes. Since moving into entrepreneurship, she has immersed herself in community events and is always ready to offer support. Her belief that “it’s never a competition” reflects the collaborative ethos at the heart of Female Fusion.
Luxe Incorporations Rising Founder of the Year – Rana El Dakkak, RED: Rana is recognised as a founder who has
demonstrated exceptional growth and implementation over the past year. Consistently applying what she learns, she has strengthened and scaled her business at an impressive pace. Her determination, openness to learning, and willingness to take bold action mark her as a founder to watch in 2026.
