Fifth iteration of event will bring together around 150 local artists, musicians and food outlets in Bay Avenue

Co-founders Alexandre Teodoresco, DJ Lobito Brigante and Sherif Abaza have announced the dates for its fifth edition of the now popular “Street Nights”, the street-culture event that features local musicians, artists and food outlets. For the second year, Street Nights is a featured event of the Dubai Food Festival and will run on 4th and 5th March in Bay Avenue in Downtown Dubai, from 6pm to11pm on both nights.

During the two-day event, local street artists will offer live painting, spray paint performances, street musicians and DJs will spin their latest tracks while visitors, residents and tourists can enjoy the creative home-grown food concepts along with the best restaurants experience, like Shahrzad Stockholm and many more, – that represent cosmopolitan Dubai as well as shop around the Night Bazaar for some unique purchases and gifts. The popular “Bboy” dance competition also returns to the event drawing contestants from across the GCC.

Teodoresco said, “We are excited to be in the heart of new Dubai and are grateful to our partners, Dubai Food Festival and Dubai Properties, for their support in encouraging local artists and chefs in putting Dubai’s now popular street culture on the global map. With each edition, we have embraced some of the hip streets of the city, starting with Al Quoz, covering JBR last year and now Business Bay.”

Street Nights is a family event, and entrance is free.
