Omantel, the pioneer integrated telecom service provider in the Sultanate along with FVC, one of the Middle East & North Africa (MENA)’s leading VAD (value added distributor) in the technology sector, will be highlighting video and audio conferencing solutions from Polycom, the global leader in open, standards-based unified communications and collaboration (UC&C), at COMEX.   FVC will be present on the Omantel Business stand to offer customers – both enterprise and SME – the option of deploying unified communications in an OPEX model.

Earlier this month, Omantel, the pioneer integrated telecom service provider in the Sultanate, announced the launch of the Unified Communication Solution for its corporate customers through Microsoft SharePoint & Microsoft Lync.

FVC will also feature portable UC solutions from Audisoft for industrial usage especially in the Oil & Gas sector. FVC has been present in the Omani market for more than ten years through its authorised partners with a strong customer base especially in the Oil & Gas, healthcare and education sectors.
