Food e MagDubai, 22 April 2015 – Food e Mag dxb, Dubai’s first food and travel e-magazine fueled by passionate bloggers, will celebrate its first anniversary on 29th April with its contributing bloggers, including some award winning social media influencers in today’s Dubai dining scene, for a fine night of canapés and live cooking stations. They will be joined by a few leading chefs and personalities like Suzanne Husseini (When Suzanne Cooks), Greg Malouf (Clé Dubai), Russell Impiazzi (Lafayette Gourmet) and several others who have seen Food e Mag dxb evolve from its onset.

Ishita Saha, the author of the popular culinary travel blog “IshitaUnblogged” and Editor and Co-Founder of Food e Mag dxb, said, “I am very thrilled that I will be meeting a lot of our contributors, some for the first time. We interact so much in the virtual world that it doesn’t feel like we have never actually met in the real world. Collating work from the vast pool of talented bloggers in the region, a majority of them belonging to the informal group popularly known as Fooderati Arabia, I am inspired at every moment by the incredible talent and work that is being done in the blogosphere – be it inspired recipes, food photography, table settings, culinary travel write-ups – each blog having an unique voice.”

Today, bloggers are perceived as social media influencers with some blogs having a wider readership than many of the popular magazines put together. Food e Mag dxb is thrilled to be part of the rippling, cumulative influence of all its contributing bloggers. A lot of hard work has been put in to make Food e Mag dxb beautiful, creative and inspiring. In Chef Marta Yanci’s words, ‘What I truly enjoy about the magazine is that it offers honest recipes, tried and tested by bloggers before they are shared. It is a magazine run by people who truly love and breathe food and anything related to the culinary world, and that shows.’

During the evening of celebration, Shades is creating a special array of its signature canapés inspired by cuisines from the Mediterranean to the Far East. Overlooking the infinity pool with a stunning backdrop of Dubai Marina and with so many popular food and travel bloggers gathering at one place, this celebration promises to be one ‘foodspirational’ evening.
